Your Power Point
There are two kinds of power that emanated from the self. The first is agency, or status, money, and material wealth which is formidable but eventually comes to an end. The second and true power comes from within, which is spiritual; rather than material. It is permanent.
When you work from this internal reference your sense of self is clear, and not affected by external factors. With this personal power you become immune to criticism or praise. You are neither beneath nor above another.
What is in your heart and mind controls your reality; and thus we may be blocking the very desires or needs for our lives.
“We are spirits having a human experience” –Dr. David Pesek
Each morning in a special quiet place hopefully adjacent or within nature ask yourself the following 3 questions, and journal your answers.
- Who am I?
- What do I want for my life?
- What do I want from my life today?
You will be amazed at the conscious shift that can take place in your life. This information comes from the teaching of Depak Chopra, MD… we highly recommend his many wonderful books.
It’s the invisible that creates the visible. What you can’t see is much more powerful than what you can see.
The Process:
Thoughts = Feelings = Actions = Results (Manifestation, good or bad)
Thus the four quadrants in our life are: Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical. Our physical world is the Results.
- Your Money (or lack thereof) is a Results, a symptom
- Your Health is a Results, a symptom
- Your Weight is a Results, a symptom
- Symptoms are a manifestation of the breakdown somewhere in our thoughts, feelings, or spirituality.
“To change our outer world we must first change our inner world”

We also recommend the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and his book series “The Power Of Now”. And, “Of Monkeys and Dragons” Michelle O’Donnell, freedom from the tyranny of disease.
